Q. How much does your service cost?

A. We charge a fixed labour fee regardless of how long we spend fixing your appliance. If our engineer deems your appliance beyond repair or parts are no longer available, or if you decide you no longer wish us to repair it? We will only charge a diagnostic fee of £29.99.

Q. Are your engineers CORGI/Gas Safe registered engineers?

A. Yes. All of our engineers who work on gas appliances are Corgi/Gas Safe qualified

Q. Does your fee cover the cost of parts?

A. Unfortunately not. We charge for any parts required at the recommended retail price

Q. Is your work guaranteed?

A. Absolutely! Yes-all our work carries a standard 12-month warranty

Q. How quickly can I get an engineer out to my appliance?

A. We can be with you within a couple of days. Although most of our 
appointments are booked for the next day, or an appointment to suit you

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept cash, cheque, or pay-pal

Q. Do you work for landlords or letting agents?

A.Yes we do by prior arrangement. Please telephone our office to discuss

Q. How long have you been established?

A. We can trace our roots back to 1989 when the machine service appliance Repair Company was established. 4appliancerepairs is now one of our trading names for our repair business

Q. Are  you a member of any trade associations?

A. yes we are WTA trade members

Q. Do you work for national companies?

A. Yes we currently work for Samsung and Currys, and carry out over 2000  jobs per annum

Q. Are you fully insured?

A. Yes, we carry £3m of public liability insurance
